ABOUT

I am a Landscape Photographer based in the town of Maryport, which is located on the Cumbrian coast of the Solway Firth, this borders the western edge of the Lake District National Park. 
Born in the village of Seaton, near Workington, I have lived in Cumbria all my life, I have to admit that I did not appreciate the Lake District until my early 20's when I became interested in photography, I started out by using a fully manual Zenith SLR film camera.
My photography hobby was put on hold upon the arrival of three sons, and it was not until 2000 that I purchased my first digital DSLR, from there I have learned alot about landscape photography to bring me to where I am today.
I am passionate about capturing Landscape Photographs of the Lake District National Park, and developing my Landscape Photography skills from locations further afield.
